Mr. X & the Victorian Vixen -- B Barbie Style @ Swank

Lady Like? But of course... with a dash of Victorian gothic charm...Mr. X tells me I look  like a perfect vixen in this fabulous new gothic jacket, waistcoat and skirt called Mina by B Barbie Style or BBS that is an exclusive at Swank. There is also matching hair by BBS called Elvi.

 I love the rich black velvet brocade of this stunning skirt and waistcoat it is so soft and supple. The jacket is made of black crushed velvet and embellished with red roses. The waistcoat is minimalist in style and looks perfect with this skirt. What wickedly magical images this outfit conjures....

I love the addition of the  winter white Victorian inspired high collared blouse that is part of this ensemble. Collars have a long history of making a fashion statement that goes back to the time of  the Elizabethan era. Collars can frame the face beautifully as this one does...it makes a statement as a fashion accessory!

I must mention, that this outfit also comes with hair!  What a treat !  It is long and gorgeous and  puts the finishing touch on this outfit! Yay!  So Mr. X... shall we have tea at the Vatican Library this afternoon and admire the Illuminated manuscripts there... in a wicked way, I feel I am dressed for it!

It is near all hallows eve....there is a slight frost in the air and all manner of ghosts and goblins roam through the mist.  I hold Mr. X's hand as we make our way to the house.  All of a sudden we encounter the guardian of the house a macabre spector...he tells us we need a password to enter... I thought and then said.... Swank!  There are so many cool outfits to buy there like what I am wearing in this blog.

This is the new outfit by Merivale called Veinessa. I love the lace satin covered bodice replete with a sensual fringe hemline!  Plus there is jacket and gloves made of netting, not to mention the sexy boots and stockings... WOW... Veinessa smolders!  It is no wonder why this is an exclusive at Swank!

This outfit is I created from two main types of garments: *Rigged Mesh clothing -from templates with Merivale's  own  fabulous textures and then *Clothing Layers -with appliers for mesh bodies

I asked Mr. X to come to Swank with me and to explore the Haunted House that is set up there. Along the way, naturally, I had to pick up a couple of exclusives at Swank to wear  by Ghostyss.

 I love the side cutouts of this dress and the the way it has a sweet empire waistline with the words..."Rebel Soul" written in glittering diamonds...after all, diamonds are a girl's best friend!!  I like the detail of the cross in the center of the waistline belt -- little details count and this one gives the dress the right amount of sexy goth drama... ok those side cutouts are sexy too!

Krystin is available for mesh bodies including Slink, Belleza, Maitreya and, you can also wear it with  classic bodies.  The flaring hemline will surely make hearts flutter and turn up the heat!

Another find by Ghostyss is called Leslie.  This gown has a sweetheart corset bustline with  deep slits up each leg making it darkly evocative and definitely alluring. I have paired Leslie by Ghostyss with a gothic styled necklace of red blood beads on a black chain along with dripping ruby earrings and a nose ring by Heartsdale Jewellery appropriately called "Dark Passions".  It is minimal in size and makes a fabulous impact. It is the time of year when magic is in the air... and the new outfit by Purplemoon called Grace O'Malley Skirt and Jacket that is an exclusive at Swank. Mr. X tells me... pure magic on me!  It is chic when it has to be chic and casual at the same time.  I am also using the new exclusive poses by Glitter at Swank called "hips"  -- oh la la! They are great and are already favorites of mine... they are sweet and sassy with minimal movement that make for great still images.

I love the cut of the black leather jacket with its deep V neckline and elegant seams that are beautifully executed making this jacket beyond realistic. It is the type of jacket that is anything but boring!

The pencil styled mini skirt with a red and black pattern is unintentionally very flattering and makes me want to go around the grid to show it off!  Instead, I take Mr. X to a pumpkin patch... we both love them and will have fun admiring them.

I love this  V cut gown with it's red velvet texture and black lace... so romantic... so goth ... so perfect in an elegant way for the season.  I think I shall ask my apsara's to chant a mantra... of ...

Swank Kicks off October with Culco and Mr. X

Chemistry, that is what Mr. X and I have... a good mix of sugar and spice... this is what he always tells me.  He also left me a note asking me to get ready to step out in a glamorous way tomorrow night.  I heard that Culco designed a striking new gown... called Black Open Back Gown that is an exclusive at October's Swank.

The Black Open Back Gown is something Lauren Bacall would have loved to have worn! I love the silver studded diamonds that swirl  like a decadent dervish down and around the torso of this dress... it reminds me of the way Mr X holds me in a  hurricane of passion.... but, then again... did I almost kiss and tell?  Mr. X loves the top of this dress with its unique see through pattern that is like tongues of lightning on the dark midnight sky...it's very sexy!

Mr. X and Evanora of the East - Silven Moon

The Empress told me... poor little Xenia, with such boys and her only daughter married into that wicked family to a man that really doesn't care for her...such a false husband.  Alas, the Empress was talking about me... Evanora of the  East.

Despite my precarious situation, I swear as I stand in this garden in a new gown by Silvan Moon Designs called Evanora of the  East that I will indeed live to tell the tale.  I wear the noble color of purple and make sure my ladies in waiting pull my laced corset as tight as it will go in order to show off my small waist and ample bosom. I love the hemline that has a rich gold brocade border long with the edges of the sleeves.

The high neckline with its beautiful necklace of pearls is elegant and adds a dramatic flair to this gown. The flexi prim sleeves and cape of Evanora of the  East are elegant as the gown itself that is made for classic and mesh avatars.  It is a pleasure to wear and  always commands respect -- just as I command respect of my court ... It is a pity I must leave this enchanted and peaceful garden to meet my sweet prince as he arrives at the harbor... hopefully bringing rich silks and satins and jewels that befit a princess.
