Mr. X and Zaria - *new* Azul and Emo-tions Lynette

The Hourglass Is Always Half-Full. But, I told Mr. X that  my heart is  totally full when wearing this sophisticated new cocktail dress by Azul called Zaria.. it has a retro vibe look with its high empire waist and streamlined skirt --- look at the way the silk ripples.... and oh yes, puff sleeves tight at the wrist and that magnificent silver rose necklace that  cascades like a waterfall  and is set against an artful floral black lace bodice  --- who could ask for more...

Mr. X informed me that thousands of years ago, mathematicians came up with the golden ratio. Artists (see da Vinci) and architects (see Ancient Egyptians) adopted this perfect ratio and modeled aesthetics after it. At a roughly 2/3rd to 1/3rd proportion it yielded undeniable results…Harmony ----- Intrigue -----A certain je ne sais quoi. Zaria has all these qualities and is a must have!

Whether you are inexplicably lanky or naturally un-lanky, this beautiful high waisted dress called Zaria by Azul is an instant classic.  It was designed to stun. Mr. X  checked the math (as always) ...it does!

Mr. X, sometimes it is fun to look like the coolest girl on the grid... and in this sweet scoop neckline two textured mini dress called Rosemary by Wicca's Wardrobe with its criss crossing straps and faded denim accented with sweet retro pink flowers it is easy to do just that!

Mr. X get ready to Samba in Jumo! MVW Uruguay

I have often told Mr. X that I like bright warm colors... yellows, oranges and reds... and the new exclusive by Jumo made for MVW representing Uruguay's Carnival outfit called Marissa, Spectre of the Sun is composed of yellow feathers with red and orange highlights and I  was immediately attracted to it..  It is spectacular... and fun to wear... you will feel as brilliant as the Sun itself.

Marissa is made for classic bodies but can also be worn with mesh bodies, I am wearing it with Lara. Mr. X tells me that Carnival in Uruguay is uniquely different to anywhere in the world. This colorful Carnival  starts in January and continues through March with tablados or nightly shows across Montevideo.  It is the longest Carnival in the world !

I love the elaborate  jeweled bottom and top of Marissa and the lavish feathers that flow in the breeze.  The crown is elegant and the back piece sparkles with sequin.  This is a beaded, feather, sequined spangled spectacular ensemble that even comes with jeweled sandals and a jeweled sun staff. Just like in RL, making this outfit must have been a labor of love because it oozes authentic detail.

I have paired this outfit with another new make-up release by Jumo called Doutzen eyeliner and lipsticks that is an exclusive @ the Skin Fair.  There are six eyeliners to choose from and 20 lipsticks mostly in the red/pink family.  This make -up is  made for classic and mesh heads: Lelutks, Catwa and Omega and can also be worn by bento heads.

Mr. X and Dora *new* Ghee & Emo-tions

Togata is a public garden perfect for quiet contemplation... and Dora the new dress by Ghee that is a feature @ Designer Showcase is perfect for a garden meander... because to me it is an instant classic. And, I see the Goddess Bastet...  the Egyptian  Goddess of  Cats....what could be better than that MEOW! This  wrap around makes me feel  sexy! Bastet, like Mr. X thinks that  Dora is the "cat's meow" because it is a modern take on a fab classic  wrap dress that is  synonymous with a Connecticut girl like me, Diane Von Furstenberg.

The origin of the dress dates to the 1930s Mr. X loves that  when designer Charles James took the fashion world by storm with  dresses like the  wrap around -- at that time that verged on Obscene !  Oh La La.  The original concept of this dress was a sheath that "spiraled" around the body clasped @ the waist...  Ghee updates it with a  lavish bow that has a color changing hud.

Dora by Ghee comes with fab  wedge sandals with a color changing hud that matches this classic dress...  Von Furstenberg noted, "I made easy little dresses.. not  necessarily a silhouette  she perfected it and so has Ghee... with this collared  mid sleeve dress that wraps around your  torso... Proper and yet -- seductive. Mr. X is on his knees and I  like that !

Shake Your Shamrocks with Sage @Swank! Plus Aphrodite @ Heart Homes and Emotions

St. Patrick’s Day, also referred to as the feast of St. Patrick, is celebrated every 17th of March in remembrance of the first patron saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick and it is around the corner.  This day’s celebrations involve the wearing of green shamrocks, festivals, parades and the consumption of alcohol... even green beer!  With that in mind I went to Swank in Search of a new outfit to wear for my St. Patrick's Day Mini Party Set from Aphrodite @ Heart Homes and I found the perfect outfit by Sage @ Swank!

I love this new outfit by sage with's its tight jeans and cute tank top that comes in a variety of colors.  I particularly liked Lucky Jeans and Tank Top # 7 uncommon... I mean who wouldn't like to be "Magically Delicious"!!!

Lucky Jeans # 6 is cute too with its giant shamrock on the front of the tank top!  All of these outfits come with a color changing hud that allows you to change the trim on the tank top and on the jeans... so you can mix and match with the click of a button.

I also love #10, I think it is my favorite...after all... I can't wait to see Mr. X and "Shake my Shamrocks... or better yet... his !  I have paired this with the new short bob cut with its asymmetrical bangs by Emo-tions called Mirella... I love the look. As with all of Emo-tions hair this comes with hair base appliers for catwa, lelutka and omega mesh heads as well as classic heads.

Mr. X and Vivian - *Spryralle, Muse, You Got the Look @ Swank and L.A. BoS

Time for a tea party... in the forest... with cakes and cookies... ice cream and chocolates... what better way to cheer yourself up than with a good sugar fix.  Speaking of cheering up, shopping also does the trick for me. And, I found the most gorgeous gown @ Swank called Vivian by Spyralle, a new jewelry set by Muse and gorgeous new eyeshadow by You Got the Look.

I love the deep lapis lazuli blue of this gown that is embellished with gold sequins --- in an artful art deco texture that is fit for a Hollywood diva.... one that likes sweets at that !  This gown comes in many color combinations and is made for all mesh bodies plus comes in five mesh sizes making it  as easy as it is beautiful to wear.

Mr. X & Mia - Alter @ Swank, Emo-tions and Altamura

I told Mr. X that there are certain things every woman should own. Some are used regularly; others occasionally; some are used only once. Mr. X said... like what ? Luggage. Pearls. Go to lipstick. A black leather blazer with gold trim and a tight pencil skirt like this one from Swank created by Alter called Mia that is an exclusive at March Swank. I am also wearing my new Bento Head called Monique by Altamura.

With it's trendy gold zippers Mia gives the traditional look of a blazer a wicked updated -- it is sophisticated and alluring especially when paired with the gorgeous pencil skirt  that is embellished in a lavish sequin brocade texture that glitters and is  glam.   I told Mr. X that Mia goes in the used regularly category! Looking me up and down -- with a wolfish grin Mr. X said... "Sita, I can see why!" Ha! Check out those fab chains on  sun glasses talk about  go to!

Mia is made for all mesh bodies (belleza, slink, maitreya) and also comes in five sizes.  You will be surprised by the kind of statement a black leather blazer makes and, believe me, you will also be surprised at how often you wear it. I love accessories and Mia doesn't disappoint as it also comes with cool round sunglasses with gold chains that Audrey Hepburn would have worn  shown above -- and an oversized leather bag.

I am also wearing the new bento head by Altamura called Monique that is an exclusive @ the Skin Fair.  Elegantly sassy and yet, demure at the same time Monique comes with five eye shadows,  two sets of eyelashes and five "go-to" lip colors; all are easy to  blend.  You can choose from a series of brows as well as appliers for  hair. I am wearing it with the Sophia headless body sold separately by Altamura. This is omega compatible.

I love the fact that you can have a clear face, freckles (worn in a previous blog) or this sexy beauty mark on the  upper right of my lip.  Another new release is the Grace eyeshadow make up by Altamura that is omega compatible. I love the smokey silver blends of Grace that has 8 shades to choose from.

Mr. X... had gotten me a  book  and flowers and has cooked me dinner.... by a warm fire... I am  totally indulged... and I like thank... thank you  Mr. X... really, he is the best... ! Kisses to Mr. X and thank you for the roses for Womens week.
