Mr. X and Nova Yeliz @The Instruments

Today,  I told Mr. X that I felt like the "Spirit of Summer". I love the new outfit by Yeliz called Nova that is an exclusive at The Instruments.

Nova is a "white hot summer essential".  I love the sleek look of the high waisted pants that have an artful gold and turquoise embossed design on them that add a touch of glamor and are definitely not your "basic boring white"!

The top has a beautiful handmade detail of a mosaic circle in turquoise and gold that is the perfect accent to this sexy form fitting top. This outfit is soft enough to wear for hours and sexy enough to run into everyone and bowl them over with feminine allure.

Mr. X and Rune... *new* Purplemoon @ The Instruments

Inside every story, there is a beautiful journey. Today Mr. X invited me to his Rokujo Mansion a resplendent establishment set amid mountains and rivers, waterfalls and stone pathways surrounded by spring gardens. To mark this wonderful afternoon, I decided to wear my new find from The Instruments by Purplemoon called Rune Kimono.  

This modernist Kimono is embellished with a gorgeous lotus flower making this dress  flirty and fresh.  It also comes with a beautiful hud that features several different patterns and color choices...all are must haves!

Once again, as always, I wait for Mr. X.  This afternoon I am  overlooking a path --- strewn with cherry blossoms, it lead me  to a beautiful garden punctuated by flowering shrubs – red plum, cherry, wisteria, azalea. In the center of the garden there was a simple bamboo Tea House that overlooked a beautiful waterfall and rock garden whose sand was raked like waves of the sea. It was so serene and peaceful listening to the flowing water -- it was like looking deep into the eyes of Mr. X... he is  my sanctuary.

This gown, is called *Cat* and is perfect for slinking around...it is new by Sonatta Morales, one of my favorite designers on the grid... and, of course, Mr X adores her vintage designs and so do I ... most of all because her designs are not only elegant, they are timeless.

I love the sheer silk and all the exotic beading and sequins... I glitter and feel  glamorous... this is perhaps the most sensual gown with its shaped bodice and it's artful emphasis on legs,  hips, waist and bust.... it makes me feel so very very good...  and  Mr. X cannot wait to have me in his arms.....

I believe that this  is something Rita would have worn, Audrey and Liz too... and  before that...  the original actress and an ideal 1920s sensation Clara Bow  and Louise Brooks...All of them would have fallen in love with this amped up  sleek sequinned  gown that is perfect for Gatsby glam parties that only start at the stroke of 12 midnight! And,  I like large parties... they’re so intimate ...at small parties there isn’t any privacy....  !

Wandering on the Boardwalk... my mind drifts back to tennis and Mr. X's fluid movements at the bowling alley.  He is such a good player on several levels!

 And then there is me.  My bowling ability is and always will be poor.  But, I enjoy the action...just as much as I am loving this retro look by Wicca Merlin called Peggy that is perfect for summer fun.

To me nothing says summer like polka dots and these polka dotted flared denim culottes with their decorative studs down each side of my leg really screams summer frivolity !  Mr. X tells me he loves the way they hug my curves.

The chic matching midriff blouse with its sexy zipper all the way down the front is light as silk with a feminine shape with side shaping seams and a cute tie at the midriff waist. You will dress in an instant but leave a lasting impression in this cute ensemble.

It is night... and I must know the answer... I make the dreaded journey to the oracle... she has the vision and can see into the future... she is the mist of time itself... I am wearing my best new gown by TWA - Nile Goddess... with its opulent diaphanous layers and belt of electrum.... it sways on the midnight wind....it comes with an exotic headpiece and jewelry -- I feel beautiful.

The oracle knows  all my secrets....she knows what I long for.... "O, my god, my lover... the north wind is blowing... it is pleasant to go down to the river...my heart longs to enter it...to bathe with you. I will let you see my beauty in  a shift of the finest royal linen... sheer... translucent... moist with balsam.  I will plait my hair with reeds... together we will contemplate beauty....

Weary and love sick... I can  barely move and spend the day in bed...my friends gather near me...and ask what is wrong... only the oracle knows my malady... I will shame the doctors that look in on me... yes, I have heartache for my one and true love whose image is as blinding as the sun... to hear his voice is pomegranate wine to me... I draw life from hearing it...

Rising like the morning star...shining bright, fair of skin, he awaits for me... the oracle assures me... she tells me... that he holds me in his heart as gently as a reed in the arms of the wind.....

Mr. X and Unpredictable *new Gift skin* October and *new* Sascha Triomphe

Have you ever felt life was "unpredictable"   like everyday right  -- and then what to wear.. especially when you are in the mood... I have found the best outfit to fit that fits unpredictable mood  tonight is by  Sascha Designs called Triomphe and the new gift skin for June by October 4 Seasons called Unpredictable... I am loving the arch of the eyebrows and the sensual red lips....  oh la la... aren't they beyond kissable?  Oh yes, and the crocs -- do mind the signs... really!

Mr. X and Rebecca - *new* Jumo

She was the darling icon of arguably the most creative, freewheeling and debauched decade in recorded history.  1920s Paris.  Look at the  flutter and flash... Mr. X  loves me  like this... and says, the way you look tonight in  Rebecca by Jumo  is the  reason I want time travel to be invented... you remind me of that bohemia  queen Kiki  of Montparnasse....and all I have to say is yes and yes again.

To get to the Left Bank just after the first Great War and long before the second. And to have long  luxurious kisses under a full moon that looks as though it is an opalescent glimmer on the Seine... and then, to Newport...  a summer home... and to witness...never ending parties on  Long Island Sound... wild and impetuous...Rebecca gathers to  create a splash of fringe, a deep plunging neckline and a bandage type bodice  that is so invigorating it will make u want to  foxtrot all night long.... and then.....

LIke all of Jumo's outfits Rebecca comes with a lavish  heavy gold chain necklace with a gold tassel and  drop tassel earrings...  that swing and sway to the jitterbug!

To see her posing for the greatest artists of the day (or any day). To see her sing and dance and love and laugh at Chez Kiki. To see her in the decade and city she owned, where she lived by no one’s rules including her own.  It is but a whisper in time now. Oh, but if you could have seen the Kiki  go…   she and Mr. X........
