Mr. X and New Beginnings - New Gown - TWA

If I was the Queen... I think I would make that dashing warrior with his golden blonde hair and deep blue grey eyes  one of my most trusted knights.   I know he has a story to tell. One of wildness, romance, bewilderment and dreaming.  I have seen his look before. He tells me he loves my new gown.  I said, of course, it is called New Beginnings and it is by TWA.

I love the texture of this gown with it's lavish floral texture making it a garden of delight in a pastel silk texture of sweet raspberry and mint green... it is fresh as spring itself.  He told me he is a man of unreasonable hope -- an uncommon quality and one that is so desirable for a knight -- he must also have the  unbound belief that one man working alone can still make a difference in the world and in my kingdom... as I look deep into the steel blue of his eyes -- I begin to believe him...

I asked him to meet me by the gate that leads to a hidden garden... to my secret realm where pixie's play all manner of tricks on the unknowing....shall he follow...only time will tell....

Mr. X and Walden - *new* Ghee and October 4 Season Skins

Perched on the high tower of my castle wall I look to the horizon of the setting sun and wonder where Mr. X's travels have taken him... what adventures has he had...sadly without me by his side.   Time and obligations have kept me here -- amid the cold stones of this fortress -- alone.

To cheer myself, I am wearing the gorgeous new gown by Ghee, called Walden an exclusive at this month's Instruments -- it has an opulent blue bell skirt with bare branches artfully etched on it... reminding me of my arms... without Mr. X.  I love the ombre silk that this gown is made of with it's lavish blending of colors. I am wearing Walden in Dusk.

We are in the Dark Of The Moon.  Secrets can be revealed. Veils can be raised. Mystical experiences can be realized. Psychic journeys can be undertaken. It's like awaking from a dream... all I remember is the lullaby... soft, sweet...like soft rain on petals...and then the world of spirits and Mr. X.  Waking... I found a marvelous gift from Faster Pussycat.  The gown called Morty Gown Blue is an exclusive by Faster Pussycat at The Instruments and comes in purple and blue.

There is Still Time -- Eshi Otawara Closing Shop Jan. 19

It is with great sadness that I write this... for the moment Eshi Otawara, one of my all time favorite designers is closing her shop on January 19... two words of advice - GET THERE.  Mr. X loves her designs, as an accomplished builder he more than appreciates Eshi's techniques and her artistry -- and he is not alone -- many of us marvel at Eshi's creations.

I remember when I first discovered Eshi's shop -- called Chocolate -- I thought I died and went to SL heaven with the amazing designs and textures Eshi created -- wearing her clothes made me feel beautiful -- I felt like walking art...I still do when I wear Eshi.

To me her designs are timeless. Her textures are flawless and when you are that good you don't need mesh.  Each time I would get a notice that a new design was out -- I think I was the first at the store... I couldn't wait to see what that fabulously creative mind made.... this time... you see, with Eshi, you never know what to expect.

Eshi's designs range from avant guard gowns and sexy cat suits to sci-fi garb that is out of this world.  And, then, there are her hats -- and make up and jewelry... all so well done.  In this blog I am   trying to show a range of Eshi's designs, but sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg.... go visit the shop and see for yourself....
