Mr. X and Flo - new Sascha's Designs

I hear the far off strains of a symphony...and dream of an evening at the opera, La Scala perhaps... seated in red velvet chairs with gold tassels, drinking fine champagne... and wearing Sascha Designs new dress called Flo that is perfect for a night out.

Flo is 50% mesh and also has flexi skirts and a gorgeous fur wrap.  I love the deep slit up the leg and the excellent silk texture of this gown.  It comes in a wide array of colors including: gold, snow sparkling white, red, teal, black and bronze. Each version comes with a matching fur stole.

Opera is complex not only for those that perform it but also for the listeners. It takes time and patience to understand it... but, Mr. X and I think it is well worth it because opera offers such deep passionate sensations of spirit that are sure to last a lifetime....

She still fascinates me you know... this is what Mr. X confided in one of his friends, and everyone likes her... (no kidding I thought what is not to like --- giggles)   Even mah jongg... he thinks I am lady luck!   Speaking of lucky, I just heard of a new fashion venue, new to me anyway, called Swank...and I like the sound of that!  I dropped in and could not help but pick up this great cocktail dress by Baboom called Irina.

 I love the "swank" fur stole in leopard (PETA APRROVED ) and  the chains that bring it all together -- it is indeed "swank".  I also love the way Baboom has embellished this rich claret colored dress with gold stripes... it is perfectly accented and the deep slit up the front makes this dress a must have!

Of course, I am wearing my favorite skin -- at the moment anyway (I love all of October's Skins) -- it is Guiselle in Blossom by October 4 Season Skins... gorgeous -- and, yes, thank you for making these sexy vintage red lips and the mole on the upper lip.... Mr. X says... oh la la!   There is also a new group gift out with appliers, make up and even a shape !!! I will be blogging it but it is fantastic... and sexy too.  Tonight I think fondly of Mr. X and all our adventures -- I miss him -- even though the floor is heated... Mr. X I am waiting at the party for you.... hurry....

Mr. X & New Year AND New Store - Lybra Rage

A new year... I awoke to the sounds of drums, cymbals, gongs,  suo-na, a many-piped instrument whose sound reverberates through the narrow lanes of this ancient hutong. The air is thick as custard with heat, humidity and smog.  I dress to meet Mr. X... and have decided to wear the  new jumpsuit created by Lybra Rage called Donna.  It is created for a woman that has a taste for adventure... this is exactly what Mr. X told me when he saw me in it.... and then asked what are you looking for?

I told Mr. X -- you of course and another new year together!   In my fondest dreams, I want to wake up with him in a faraway place... a place that you get to by small plane or private boat...Mr. X told me, but it's your imagination that really puts you there!  Indeed, and all of you reading this know what I mean...a certain transportive vibration in the soul you came to terms with before setting foot in the ancient stone courtyard.

A time before the soft summer breeze delicately kisses your face.  And wearing Donna with it's sleek scoop neck top and the breezy pants that are a loose, relaxed fit accentuated by a tight belt cinched at the waistline that gives me an hourglass figure is perfect --- I told Mr. X that  I would meet him at the cloud and wind courtyard.... we know that -- it is a place of our fondest hopes and dreams ... and yes..

Mr. X and the Winter Garden Heart Homes and Unique Boutique @ Poe

Mr. X was in a festive mood this morning... talking about the peace and tranquility of nature... and his love for just getting away from it all to a place where he  hears just birdsong and the rustle of leaves in the wind... and fragrant pine scented air.  With that in mind, I went to Heart Homes and picked up their new Winter  Garden Patio set that is made for singles and couples.

I love the excellent rattan texture of the Winter Garden Patio Set that is covered in a dupioni silk texture that matches the rattan perfectly.  This winter porch set  comes with two chairs, a coffee table, a couch and a handy side table, all loaded with single and couple poses.  There is also an activity option that offers cuddles (PG), dancing, reading together and drinks.

I am waiting here in this beautiful winter garden in this comfy set ... the hot chocolate is brewing.. the snow is falling as gently as a tear on the cheek of time... I always tell Mr. X we have time enough... I am excited to show him this new low prim winter garden set.

I think I will suggest to Mr. X that we have a winter garden party...I like that idea... and to be festive as it is the holiday season, I think I will wear this fun gown that I found on the POE hunt (still time to hunt through January 6) by Unique Boutique called Tangled.  I love the texture of this gown that glimmers and glows and the added christmas lights that add a touch a whimsy to this outfit.

I love the idea that the christmas lights -- that change color and intensity form a "stole" for this gown...best of all the Tangled gown is free, just look for the globe 20 meters from your landing point at the store...and get there before January 6.  And, the skin, it is October 4 Season Skins new Guiselle in Blonde... it is gorgeous from the beauty mark above the lip to the 5 make-ups and natural look it comes with... perfect for blondes.

I told Mr. X... I am leaving early for the country house... it is the first snowfall of the season... the air is crisp and cold...the sky a bruise grey with a myriad snowflakes swirling around me... they are cold on my face... refreshing... just like Mr. X's first kiss of the day.  To get in a snow mood... I am wearing the new exclusive by Ghee called Jadis for the Instruments.  I also love October 4 Seasons skin, Guiselle in Blossom with this gown...wonders if blondes really do have more fun!!!

Jadis is partial mesh with a texture that gently snows... it drifts down the texture of this gown...it is beautiful and hard to capture in a static picture.  Ghee has added a flexi skirt that suggests drama and adds volume and a fur lined collar and fur trimmed long gloves that adds the right touch of elegance. Jadis also comes with a snowfall hud enabling you to create a swirling snowstorm wherever you go! There is also a snowglobe attachment that is great fun.  And, yes, Mr. X I must bring ALL these suitcases to the country house... and yes, you are forever my sherpa!

I have combined this fabulous gown with another exclusive at the Instruments by Purplemoon called Ice Queen.  This fantastic headpiece comes with two antlers that can be attached and a magical crown of snow encrusted diamonds that comes in two sizes - small and large and is the ideal compliment to this winter outfit... so, Mr. X.... let it snow!

Mr. X and Contact - !Lyrical B!zzare at the Instruments

Mr. X asked me to get ready to swing tonight...dance to the music of the roaring 20's -- he promised to swing me around the dance floor...I just can't wait!  I remembered seeing an exclusive release at The Instruments by !Lyrical B!zaare that is just perfect for this type of a party...maybe he will take to me to The Eldorado - one of my favorite haunts of the grid...especially Saturdays at 2 when Sonatta Morales performs a show... they are always different and always intriguing.

Speaking of intriguing I love deep red texture of this swinging sheath dress called Contact by !Lyrical Bizzare that is an exclusive at The Instruments that runs through January 4.  This sweet little number is embellished with long black silk fringe from the top of the knee to just below the knee -- this fringe swings perfectly when we jitterbug!

To top off the look, !Lyrical added a white fur cowl neck that was made popular in the 1930s by Shiaparelli. The cowl neck is said to be inspired by Grecian fashions that specialized in draped  garments that didn't conform to the body's contours.
