In a Baroque Mood - Saschas Designs @ Swank and Heart Homes

I am in a classic mood today and just had to float about in the new exclusive at Swank by Sascha's Designs called Hollywood Champagne that is a mix of flexi prims including a flexi skirt, a mermaid skirt and a sweeper skirt and mesh. 

The Hollywood Champagne Gown is made for curvy, ebody, fine, freya, ebody, hourglass, physique, TMP, and Venus.  It also comes in S, M, and L for mesh bodies.  I love the whispy sleeves and the sash that trails elegantly down the front of the gown.  This is certainly a keeper!  Mr. X tells me he cannot wait to hit the dancefloor with me in this! Yay!

To add to the elegance, I am wearing another exclusive @ Swank, the Monroe Collection of Jewelry that includes a diamond necklace, diamond drop earrings, two lovely diamond bracelets, a nose piercing, and two rings.  The eye makeup is also a Swank Exclusive by SKBW called Glam Eyeshadow and it is dramatic and perfect for this gown.

I love the new formal dining room set by Heart Homes called the Baroque Set.  It comes with eight beautifully upholstered chairs in a traditional blue and pink Baroque pattern.

 These beautifully styled French chairs are only 4 prims.  As with all items @ Heart Homes this dining room set comes with six sit poses,  six eat poses, three drink poses and six fun poses for kids.  The two armchairs at the head of the table are only three prims and the six regular chairs are 4 prims each.

The Baroque Set comes with a beautifully set table that is embellished with a gold fringed table runner and two gorgeous bouquets of flowers in graceful vases. The crowning glory of this set is the beautiful chandeliers that you can turn on and off... they add the perfect amount of luster to the room.

Get Ready for Spring - Storage Tree @ Dazzle

I am really getting into that springtime mood and was happy to find a fabulous rattan outdoor garden set from Storage Tree that has a number of items that are sure to Dazzle  you at this month's Dazzle event.  This designer features Unusual decor pieces such as elegant, eclectic furniture and accessories, vintage furniture, plants and more.  Best of all the furniture has a low land impact and the mesh is really top notch.  They have an amazing 12,200 plus items on marketplace!!!

This month @ Dazzle they have a vintage styled rattan couch, chair, side table, lite palm trees, and a coffee table.  Sold separately they also have a series of featured three prim rugs.  The furniture is all copy and easy to resize, you can go bigger or smaller and then back again.  The chairs are two prims and highly detailed.  The coffee table is a modest 8 prims and has a beautiful palm tree design on it that pulls the room together.  The actual palm trees are only 2 prims!

I love the shape of the couch and the fabric on it, and the lantern detail.  The couch is only 12 prims and the detailed side table with a lit candle is only 3 prims.  The couch comes in two versions one with 9 poses at 12 prims and the other at 7 prims with 23 poses.

 I can imagine this set in a rustic beach house, poolside, in a garden room or in an Asian inspired home.  If you want to spruce up your home for spring, my advice is to head to Dazzle and check out all the fab offerings by Storage Tree... you will be happy that you did...I promise!

Mr. X and the Luck of the Irish - irrISISTIBLE @ Swank

I already see people dressed in their green finery with top hats for St. Patrick’s Day. Shamrocks are floating around the grid and the day is not til the 17th of March.  Not only the Irish celebrate that day in Ireland but people all over the world join in the fun for one day and assume being Irish.

I found the perfect dress by irrISISTIBLE @ March Swank that is beyond perfect for St. Patrick's Day.  This dress called The Lucky Girl Irish is so much fun to wear from the bow and four leaf clover decorated boots to the wonderful hat with coins of gold spilling out.  This dress even comes with an attachable rainbow insinuating you are the pot of gold!  Mr. X loves that idea.

I love the detail in this outfit from the money and coins that float on the highly detailed dress that is just so cute as well as the way the bodice and gloves are decorated with four leaf lucky clovers.  Lucky Girl Irish is made for maitreya, slink, ebody, freya and belleza mesh bodies.  It comes with omega applier huds for the underpants and gloves for maitreya, belleza and slink bodies. irrISISTIBLE is always fun to wear, I look forward to these well done whimsical designs.

Mr. X and Mae - New Ghee @ Designers Showcase

I am yearning for spring blossoms...and, it seems next week is the beginning of Spring...March 20th! Yay.  To get into a springtime mood, I could not help but wear this fabulous new jumpsuit by Ghee called Mae that is an exclusive at the Designers Showcase.

Mae is made for maitreya lara, belleza freya and slink hourglass mesh sizes and is stunning.  Best of all it comes with a color changing hud featuring eight delicious colors to choose from.  I love the thought of the pretty peach colored pants and the citrus-colored strapless top...to me this screams spring!  All the color combinations are yummy... and, I promise, you will have fun trying them all.

Don't forget the matching essential set of stylish mules that are perfect with this outfit.  The mules are made for flat slink, belleza and maitrya feet and have a color changing hud.  My advice is to get these shoes as you will find many uses for them this spring and summer.

To get into the springtime mood I decided to wander around the butterfly conservation center... there are so many pretty flowers and butterflies here... and Mae is an ideal outfit to wander in because it is casually chic and utterly sophisticated, like all of the designs by Ghee.
