A new fun find at Swank is called Hang with the Big Dogs by Outside the Box, designed by Kasslina Moonglow.  This rustic bench can be used inside or out... it is perfect for a porch on a cabin or in the interior of a rustic log cabin.

 The chair has a wagon wheel back and a plaid cushion in a light antique  pine finish.  The bench  comes with two beautifully rendered dogs and a grey tabby cat, a bucket and a sign that says it all... "If you can't Hang with the big dogs, stay on the porch."

And I am also wearing a tank top and leather pants called Ivy by Posh Pixels.  The pants have fabulous details... two zippers and pockets and oh la la skin tight. The pants and tank top are made for classic (which I am wearing) plus slink and maitreya bodies.  Best of all choose from 40 leather shades... yes... 40!

I love the swirling details of the tank top with its spaghetti straps and relaxed fit that drapes elegantly just above the waist of the pants.  Best of all both the tank top and the leather pants comes with an amazing color changing hud in the latest fall colors that range from black into various shades of blue, browns, reds, violets... gold... white... actually 20 choices that compliment the slacks!

Magical Finds @ Swank... HJM

Mr. X and I were looking around this month's Swank and found so many fabulous things perfect to embellish our ever evolving landscape and our homes... yes homes... we have several.  There were so many things to choose from that I thought I would blog a round-up of some of our favorite just to give you an idea of the multitude of things to be found at Swank.  For example, the low prim bird bath by HJM Designs called Nature Birdbath is ideal for any outdoor setting. It comes with flowers, a friendly deer, flowers and grass, a cute little red snail and even a dragonfly that circles the bath. Best of all, of this it is only 8 prims. Touch to toggle sound on and off. The birdbath is mesh and copy.

For a magical mood,  Magic in the Woods also created  by HJM Designs fits the bill with a little elf that seems to have a glint of mischief in his eyes... he reminds me of Mr. X who always seems to have that same mischievous glint!  This comes with a cute little elf sitting on a stump,  two more tree stumps, a mushroom, squirrel, pine trees and grass. There is even sound that you can toggle on or off.  It is part mesh and copy. Amazingly, this build is only 8 prims.  And, no the cranky elf on the stump is not, I repeat not Mr. X!!!

Mr. X and Aspasia *new* Wicca's Wardrobe

Intelligent, mischievous...night is her day, moonlight is her sunshine. You will flourish in the witching hours in  this gorgeous creation by Wicca's Wardrobe that is an exclusive @ The Fetish Fair  called Aspasia.

I love the corset top with the silver grommetted criss cross front lacing that are complimented by the shortest shorts ever with criss-cross lacing that certainly will cast a spell as all eyes will linger on you.

Life's a Bench... TM and LoS BOS @ Swank

There is nothing more romantic than sitting with that someone special on a very special bench and  I found the perfect bench at Swank called Side by Side Rustic Bench with Rocks  by TM.  It   quickly became one of our favorites.  I also love the new outfit by LoS BOS called Torn Up Top and Overalls that is also an exclusive at Swank. It is available for classic and mesh bodies and has a color changing hud for the overalls and the  tank top !

This bench is perfect in almost any setting and comes loaded with couples and singles poses including 54 poses; 27 cuddle poses and 16 single animations, 8 sit for men and 8  sit for women.  It is also copy.

Oh and this new exclusive  by LoS BOS (Steele Sirnah)-- Overalls  and torn tank top is fabulous... it comes for mesh and classic avatars... I wear it both ways and best of all it comes with a color changing hud... it  is country girl meets city... grunge... but atm  I am wearing it  and  enjoying nature...

Two more swank finds are  Dulce Secrets Mesh and System Eyes that includes both system and mesh eyes and the rainbow necklace, earrings and bracelets that match with almost everything by HJ by Mystic Rainbow in Gold gold.

As the  last word,  did I mention the garden bench comes with a cat... I always tell secrets to my cat...I also  love the fact that is comes with daisy's and that I am able to sit  between two realistic looking boulders on a wooden plank. It is hard to believe that this is only 5 prims and is 100% mesh and that it comes with all those poses for singles and couples. Mr. X and Carla Jumo's Sept. Exclusive @ Swank

If twirling carelessly on the summer breeze interests you then the new  jumpsuit called Carla created by Jumo, an exclusive @ Swank in September is for you.  This month's theme is anything goes and Carla comes in two versions that are perfectly suited to fit almost any mood and certainly every adventure.

The solid silk jumpsuit has fine lines that emphasizes all your curves... in all the right places... if you know what I mean. Lurking about... I guess... the feeling of curiosity is inexhaustible energy....most of us feel we are guided by reason as a norm... but.. some  of us  don't accept the norms -- we are guided by impulse.... and city lights... loneliness and desire....

AND, when all else fails... then there is always music that makes our hearts  and minds float....and memories that drift in like the high tide  bursting against the shoreline during the full moon... or a late summer hurricane... when the winds swirl and the the sky is bruise grey....

This is one of the best silhouette dresses I have seen created by Culco called Cowl Back Dress that comes in a rich stretchy satin blend in black of course.
