Mr. X & Freya... Morphine and Fashion for Life Exclusive

 Fashion for Life  runs through June 20 and features exclusives by 150 designers.  Mr. X and I wandered around and could not resist buying the summer outfit by Morphine offered exclusively at Fashion for Life.

Morphine Skins has released a series of four casually cool outfits called Freya.  They are perfect for  a summer stroll, hike or bike ride. Freya's Ensemble includes a boho mesh inspired top and cute two toned capri pants in Red (shown), Chic (shown), Dark (shown) and Polka Pack.

Morphine is really  reasonably priced and  is giving a 50% Donation to RFL.  Shoes and Clothing are sold separately and are  a 25% Donation to RFL.

Outdoor Living by Aphrodite at Heart Homes + Nya and Morphine Skin

If you don't have a lot of prims and are looking for a romantic retreat that is chic and interesting with  a multitude of poses for couples and singles, interactive activities and texture changes the new Summer Flowers Greenhouse in Whitewood or Oak by Aphrodite Shop is for you.

I love the white weathered beachwood  and the flagstone floor that has 12 different textures.  After rezzing it you can move the furniture and plants around the greenhouse or incorporate them into your home.  The details elevates the entire space to pure fun. The flowers are even interactive and you can rake, water, mediate and tend to them.... they are beyond fun!

Summer Flowers Greenhouse is spacious and has furniture that celebrates al fresco living in style. I am wearing a cute and casual outfit by Nya called Alice from Penumbra Fashion Week.  The green linen crop pants and bold floral blouse is perfect for summer and a good read at the beach.

Grace.... and Mr. X new release by Sascha Designs

Mr. X told me Saturdays are nights for the theatre. How I love to dress for a formal night out with Mr. X --- he  always dresses so suave in amazing male attire never failing to turn the ladies heads! He has countless styles  that span centuries.

Tonight, I shall dazzle Mr. X in Sascha Designs new gown called Grace Midnight.  This elegant mermaid styled gown is embellished with silver that gleams like the stars and streaking comets in the midnight sky.

The flouncy feather and silk gem encrusted wrap is beyond elegant... when Mr. X kisses my cheek he tells me it tickles him...I could not resist telling him this was but a hint at the tickles to come later!  He blushed, if you can believe that... such a naughty boy- can't imagine what he was thinking!

Grace Midnight can also be worn without the wrap... when the evenings become warm and the summer breeze just isn't enough to cool you down... I love the classic neckline and glimmering constellation of silver threads.

The back of Grace Midnight is delicious embellished by a sweet silver bow.

High Impact & Mr. X - new release Silken Moon

Wandering around Lea 18 has inspired me to surprise Mr. X with a bold high impact look...

And, what better to wear for this than the amazingly avant garde new release  called Chonophilia by Silken Moon.

White as the moon on a winter night Chonophilia gleams with points and tentacles giving this look an otherworldly feel that is just so cool!

The best part of this look is you dress it up or down so to speak as it is extremely versatile and well made. 

Perhaps I shall wait in hiding amid the "Insidious Ideas" of Lea 18 for Mr. X... looking almost like an assassin on a mission...

Prism Designs... Colorful and Amazing Mr. X @ Penumbra Fashion Week

Mr. X left me a box... from Penumbra Fashion Week..."Sita, I have a few things from Prism Designs for you... I know you will love them. Prism Designs are chic and colorful...just like you."

Prism Lua Sun Day Dress in Sky is a sexy square neck off the shoulder boho type dress that is cute as a summer day. The floral embroidery around the sleeves and hemline of the dress add an element of zest!

Oh, indeed... Prism Designs has several exclusives at  Penumbra not to be missed.  Another design that is eye catching is called Prism Imani - Zimbabwe with it's sexy harem like pants and bra top.

I love the intricate mosaic pattern of this outfit and the way it flows... the textures are sharp, so tribal, so gorgeous.... Perhaps Mr. X and I should plan a picnic in Africa.

 I am wearing the Morphine Skin exclusive at Penumbra called Nadine in the Native Smokey skin tone.  This is a nice rich tan  that works beautifully with dark hair.

Another design exclusive from Prism Designs is called Prism Wicca by Journey in Hot Sauce...how can you resist a name like that!  The long skirt has a colorful and intense geometric pattern. The skin tight black silk tube top with cutouts adds a dash of "hot" sauce to this look!

The Comic Princess and Mr. X at Penumbra Fashion Week

Sometimes it is important to just have fun... this is what Mr. X thinks anyway, and I tend to agree with him.  Too much "work" on SL is just silly!

With that in mind, I decided to wear the exclusive release from Penumbra Fashion Week by Holy Shirt (what a fun name for a clothing brand)  called Comic Princess.  With it's mosaic of cartoon characters and print, I feel like I would be the most popular gal at the comic book store on the Big Bang Theory TV show!

A Novel Effect & Mr. X.... and new exclusives by Morphine at Penumbra

There is nothing like the luxurious feel of leather... soft and supple... that sets the senses racing. Mr. X left me a box... with a note... "Sita, love, wearing this you will indeed be a "novel effect"... this dress is fun, feminine and sexy, and made for a night out... I know how much you love that."  Nadine in Leather by Morphine is an exclusive release at Penumbra Fashion Week.

The box contained four new leather dresses by Morphine called Nadine's Leather Dress.  Nadine comes in red, pink, black and bronze and is the perfect cocktail dress with its' sexy square  strapless neckline and  fitted bodice.  This shift style dress is simple with flattering A-lines and a flounce at the waist that embellishes the look. 

Another exclusive at Penumbra Fashion Week is  the new skin also called Nadine that comes in Peach, Tan (worn) and Native. Also included in the skin package are Lush appliers, LT/Mirage, Phat/Cute Azz, blue and enchant eyes and two shapes. The brows range from natural, berry, black, brown and light.

Dead Dollz at Penumbra Fashion Week & Full Event Schedule

Dead Dolls is offering a creative quartet of clothes that range from hip to elegant for Penumbra Fashion Week taking place from May 25-31.  These clothes are rigged mesh which means that they  follow avatar movement. Unlike sculpted objects you can not change dimensions nor position, although you can choose a different attachment spot.  All items come with  different sizes based on the "standard sizes" you find in SL.

A new exclusive by Dead Dollz, 1985 was a wild year of decadence... and everything was big back in those days. The gown 1985 reflects that time period with its big sculpted sides that make me feel like a walking piece of  art.  I also love the monochromatic black and white style of this dress that adds to its' dramatic flair.

Another Dead Dollz exclusive is called Fragrance and what better place than to  wear it to  garden party.  It is the color of a lavender iris.  I love the way the variegated colors of this dress are blended and the artful way the skirt of the gown billows along the garden path.

Worth It! in Pink, is another exclusive from Dead Dollz is -- to use a cliche, "pretty in pink" this is a sweet little dress embellished with lace patterns in all the right places a cute bell skirt and square plunging neckline.

This dress called Inertia, is where once again, Dead Dollz shows a love of unique sculpture like shapes. The dress with a leather V neck set into black leather has a surprising shape from the back with scalloped edges that beg for attention.
