Ghee Christmas Market -- Don't Miss the Fun - Now thru Dec. 31, 2018!

New @ Ghee - Winter Essentials @ Designers Showcase

Today is officially the first day of winter and I can't think of a better way to kick it off than with this the new Winter Essentials Collection by Ghee that is available at the Designers SHowcase through December 31.  I just love love love the thermals and advise you never to go out in the cold without them!

 The new thermal longjohns come with a 12 color changing hud that can be applied to all mesh bodies by the appropriate omega applier.  I like that fact that there are little icons of which part of the clothing you want to change making this hud really easy to use.  Mr. X tells me these longjohns are snuggable and I agree!!!  I have paired them with the Slouch Boots -- also by Ghee that are made for mairtreya, slink and belleza high feet... just look at the detail in the boots!!! Amazing.

Ghee is well known for its stylish, elegant and wearable fashion, in unique textures and colors and the Faux Fur Jacket that pairs beautifully with the Longjohn Thermals will not disappoint.  I love the square shoulders of this jacket and the leather sash that adds a dash of contrasting color.  The colors of the fur offered are really unique and imaginative... making this jacket "essential"!

I told Mr. X that when I think of Candy Canes I immediately think of Christmas!  There are so many explanations of how the candy cane came about-- they are as much an ornament as they are a confection.  People munch on them and decorate with them...and wonder how they originated. Some say they are fraught with Christian religious symbolism, a sweet offered to kids to be good in church, or a confection dreamed up by a candy maker in Indiana to express his Christian faith... who knows -- its charming folklore and tradition.

I love the peppermint flavor of candy canes and was delighted to find this fabulous outfit by irresistible at this month's Swank that is festively embellished with candy canes... makes me feel as sweet as ... dare I say it... sugar!  Candy Canes for Christmas also comes with gorgeous silk opera gloves that have six different hand movements that add pizzaz to this look!

Winter is here and so is the flu season and poor me has the flu!!!   I am feeling a bit better though and decided to celebrate my slow recovery with a new blog for Swank featuring DE Boutique, there are three exclusives to be found here... in addition, I have also included the new eyes by YGTL!

Oh, Megan is a sexy little minx... This is what Mr. X thinks anyway, and I do as well.  This mini dress by Guilinia Designs called Megan is an exclusive at the December holiday Swank event.  It is perfect for a city night out on the town or at home relaxing with someone you are sweet on by the roaring fire watching the snow fall.

I think Megan is the perfect combination of feminity and allure with its shimmering silk and sexy lace accents in all the right places!   I also love the fact that  Megan comes with gorgeous thigh hi black boots that compliment this outfit perfectly.   Megan comes with a six color changing hud.

Mr. X and I Following the Fairy Dust - New Wicca's Wardrobe

I love this casually elegant and somewhat medieval feel to the new outfit by Wicca's Wardrobe called Allison that is an exclusive at the Sense event and will later be in her main shop.  This outfit is made for Maitreya and slink mesh bodies and comes with a  leather vest, silk scarf,  leather pants, a comfy sweater and cute ruffles for the cropped pants.

I love the fact that this also comes with a huge color changing hud that allows you to mix and match the colors of the sweater, vest, scarf, pants and even the ruffles of the pants.  The colors include black, white, red, blue, green, purple, gold and teal blue.  As always I had a blast changing the colors of all the items.  You can also change the metal of the buttons and the leather strap in the back of the vest.  Need I say that the options are endless?

Don't miss the Allison boots that are sold separately... they are absolutely gorgeous with tons of leather lacing in the front and in the back... they are way cool and you will be able to wear them with a ton of outfits in SL.  They also come with a color changing hud that allows you to change the color of the shoe, heel/sole, shaft of the boot and the laces!  How much fun is that!  I love them!  They are made for maitreya and slink high feet...and, if you ask me, a must have.

I have gotten into some trouble here in this sweet outfit following the fairy dust to a little gypsy camp deep in the forest... no one was there but me and the fairy... the fire was warm and glowing and the colors of the gypsy wagon were bright and colorful against the nite time sky... even the candles were lit.  As I sat amid the fairy dust... my mind drifted back to Mr. X and I wondered what on earth he was up to...
