Color me beautiful with Abundance with ghee and Mr. X

Ghee has just released two fabulous outfits the pre-fall event called Color Me Project.  The first outfit is simply called Ghee Abundance, Mr. X likes the sound of that. The other outfit not shown is a great fitted mesh coat in the same colors with magnificent applique work.

This is a stunning ensemble with a short sleeve crop top that is unusual and eye catching because this top is cleverly cropped at an angle. The top's colorful pattern is continued down the skirt adding the signature ghee flair that makes this design as eye catching as it is beautiful.

The long maxi skirt is evocative because it is worn low on the hip giving it plenty of sex appeal!  The shades that this outfit comes in are just delicious... aubergine, orchid and artichoke...

Mr. X has congratulated me on reaching over 100,000 blog hits... to my readers, I thank you.... so it seems only "fitting" that this blog features one of my all time favorite designers on the grid (yes, there are many... Violator, Eshi, October, Danielle, Wicca, Resun, Ghee, Fellini, Sascha, Muse, TWA, Jumo, Rayne  way to many to mention and they have been beyond supportive of me and many others too) --- but Sonatta Morales is the QUEEN of Vintage... and I love every single dress she creates.  I know for a fact, she takes a lot of time and research to create her fabulous dresses...

This dress is heavy silk with luxe beading and embroidery that way beyond  glamorous and dreamy and definitely after 5  --- Mr. X likes way beyond 5 and a few cocktails.... gin and tonic please with a twist..This dress by Sonatta is a perfect and iconic cocktail dress that has a sexy -- oh my god - look at me.... sheer slip and  gloves.......the gloves even have poses.... the dress is called Liebe.  Mr. X loved the slip layer.... he just want to.... ahhhhhh shhhhhhhh

Like  Sonatta  Morales, an Icon in SL's Fashion World... Liebe is sexy and  feminine and it was made to remind women that they were women after WWII.  After all, no matter what year.... as Sonatta has always  told me...  fashion -- great fashion is timeless. So, Mr. X... come upstairs................ and FYI never miss Sonatta's show at Berlin... it is amazing every Saturday at 2 sl time.

Everyone that really knows me.... knows I love --- vintage -- so I was delighted that  FAD chose "vintage" --- in general -- as their theme --- I suppose, it depends on what "era" you are from... but as Mr. X says... style is timeless.  And,  LM's exclusive for FAD called Vivianne is well... amazing! My sister Lulu knows this well.

 Wearing Viviane by LM, I can an almost hear  Elvis while dreaming about making out in the back seat of a  1954 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Starfire with leather seats and  white wheel tires.... oh la la... maybe Mr. X and I will rock around the clock..... to doo opp! After all,   Sock hops were held  as early as 1944 by the American Red Cross to raise funds for WWII.

OK , I like ... this slink Corvette.. like .... Viviane by LM that comes in   burgundy, old rose,  papaya, sorrel and  zinnwaldite.... all  are  fab and perfect  fun for a sock  hop --- and if  you  have  a love of  poodles... and  all things vintage... this flirty dress is a must have at FAD!

Maya and Mr. X- Sascha Designs @ The Instruments thru Sept. 6

Mr. X is waiting for me on the veranda, enjoying raki and meze, when I breeze into the sunlight wearing this skin tight colorful halter dress that is an exclusive by Sascha Designs at the Instruments... it is as beautiful as the color of the sea and sky.... and Mr. X thought.... I looked exquisite.

I love the multi color flora and fauna of this mini that was definitely designed for attention.  I decide to tone it down a bit  with passion pink.... as I make my way to a  tiny hotel that  sits right on Bosphorus Strait, a 19th-century distillery renovated into a twenty-room enclave.  A secret to most, I thought.  I like the idea of a pirate's lair and Mr. X... especially .....wearing this.

Sascha's  dress called Maya... comes with a vibrant color changing hud that  offers five pantone colors... I am showing my three favorites although the lemon yellow and red are totally gorgeous and.... beguiling.

Tonight I think  I will  tell Mr. X about the greatest pirate ever, a woman, Hsi Kai, who commanded 50,000 pirates in the early 1800s (U.S. only had 5,000). Hsi Kai eventually agreed to a truce with the entire world all at once (because they just couldn’t beat her).  Let's see what he thinks about that.

Mr. X - Back to School @ Sneak Peek Luxe Paris Exclusive

Mr. X and I talked about the end of summer ritual of getting ready to go back to school... there is always a sense of excitement in the air with the anticipation of what academic challenges lie ahead.

We wandered around Sneak Peek and found the cutest jumper created by Luxe Paris called Marie Jeanne Jumper with it's cute pockets, scoop neckline and argyle pattern in turquoise and mauve. The argyle pattern is derived from the tartan of Clan Campbell of Argyle Scotland.
