Mr. X and Judith @ The Instruments - * New * Wicca's Wardrobe

Mr. X told me to celebrate the onset of autumn I should wear the new dress called Judith and headpiece called Jude by Wicca's Wardrobe that are exclusives at The Instruments. It is a wild -luxe mix straight out of the warm colors of the New England autumn woods primed for the fashion eccentric in all of us.

Judith is for the woman who wants to wear it all... short mini and a long trailing train of glistening autumn leaves. It makes me want to march through the golden carpet of the season! I have paired Wicca's Wardrobe's new gladiator  heels called Laureen Heels with their striking gold accent buckles that are exclusives at The Instruments. I love these heels because they can be worn with so many things on the grid.

The headpiece that comes that matches Judith is called Jude, also an exclusive at The Instruments. Jude is as creative as it is beautiful with it's accent of yellow leaves, gold leather and roses the color of marsala wine --- 

And, then there is the neckpiece that is like mother earth has come alive and is celebrating the colors of autumn.... making me feel like the woodland nymph Arethusa -- a nubile maiden that loves the streams deep in the heart of the forest...Mr. X will find me waiting there for him.

Mr. X and the Skull & Crossbones femme couture @ Sneak Peek

Most people associate the skull and cross bones symbol with pirate lore and there is an interesting historical reason for this.  This symbol, its use and meanings  has a deeper origin with the Templars who had the largest fleet in the 13th century.  This  symbol was used on flags by the knights on their ships.  They were warriors and perhaps the first pirates of the middle ages.

Mr. X likes the esoteric lore and fascinating history of the Templars.  He told me that the skull and cross bones were used on Masonic graves and engraved on the hilts of ceremonial swords and embroidered on aprons or sashes worn by Master Masons.

With this symbol in mind, I was delighted to find a long asymmetrical flowing skirt with its pattern of skull and crossbones and the flowing white tunic top by femme couture as an exclusive at Sneak Peek.  I told Mr. X that the night is young and that I am ready to learn more about the rituals of initiation into the mysteries of the Templars....

The Dragon is Dancing @ the Instruments - Wicca's Wardrobe

Wonder of wonders, the dragon is dancing...stealing the thunder with each eloquent movement... the dragon's beauty unfolds around us... like the blinding sun.... all are in awe...

Hunger of hunger, the dragon is thirsty... darkness is dissolving behind the dragon... a new dawn glows with the fire... flames flicker and turn to fire.... and, yes, the dragon is dancing... the dragon's heart belongs to the one from the mountains.......

This month's inspiration for the Instruments -- an exclusive shopping venu comes from the Game of Thrones -- "Fire and Blood"  and Wicca's creation called Visenya Dress is so hot that Mr. X is breathing fire! The outfit has copper dragon earrings that are simply a must have and shoes embellished with dragons on them. The Dragon headpiece is-- fierce!  It is original mesh and elegantly textured.

Wicca decided to choose one of the main houses of GoT and certainly her decision fell on the House Targaryen, the home of the dragons...we are glad it did.

Miss Poland and Mr. X -Wicca Merlin's New Release

Poland, home of Wieliczka, the famous salt caves associated with Princess Kinga, patron saint of this historic site that has 4 cathedrals carved from salt and chandeliers that glisten like diamonds... a girl's best friend, so I have been told.  Mr. X promises to take me to Wielickza -- he always tells me I need to learn to relax!  To get in the mood, Mr. X bought me the most delicious gown that has just been released and is now available at Wicca's Wardrobe.

This gown is fit for a queen and was actually worn by Miss SL Poland. The colors are Poland's national colors - red and white whose origins go back to the Piast dynasty and related to the white eagle on a red field.  The elegant fan back of this dress makes it distinctive and perfect for any formal event where you want every eye on you in the room.

I love the delicate almost oriental feel to this dress with its sexy corset top embellished with flowers and its lavish swirling floral like patterns in black that float on this gown like wind rippling on the still waters of a pond.  I have paired it with  Wicca's artistically made Abigail Hat with its daring red flower and the dark desire collar.

Mr. X told me about the gardens of Shalimar whose name in Sanskrit means abode of love.  Built for Nur Jahan (light of the palace) it is an oasis of true beauty that overwhelms. Tonight, I plan to overwhelm Mr. X in this new jumpsuit called Nuella by Wicca's Wardrobe as we explore this ancient landscape.

Nuella is fresh, flirty and fun, in a retro vintage way that makes it a must have for summer.  I love the sharp seams that add shape to the top and the way the waist breaks into pleated legs with a tapered silhouette.

The romance of flowers!  I love the soft colors of this vintage inspired floral texture of this sleeveless jumpsuit with its delicate midriff silken accent and casual scarf at the neck.  The square cut low back adds notes of distinction to Nuella.

 Shalimar has a subtle air of leisure and repose, it casts a romantic indefinable spell, Mr. X and I wander through this leafy garden of dim vistas and pavilions, past smooth sheets of falling water and wide canals whose calm reflections are broken by the stepping stones across the streams.

Food and beverage. Obviously a must. And never a shortage of either. Follow the rule of three as a standard minimum—three types of dessert. Three types of pickled food. Three types of fried food (make sure to have some comeback sauce). Three types of cocktail. Lime sorbet margaritas are a nice reprieve from the sweltering summer heat. And lots of iced sweet tea. Think the 70's. Ok there is an entourage of drugs  too shhhhhh!! 

Think disco, Saturday Night Fever, Derek on the beach carefree and running. James Taylor and Carly Simon. Charlie's Angels and this new  retro cool exclusive  by Wicca Merlin aka Wicca's Wardrobe called -Charlotte Jacket and Nora Pants that are Exclusives at Ross Fair.  I  am just  in love with Wicca's wide bellbottom pants that swirl and sway in geometric orange and navy blue/black -- it is beyond hip -- maybe even a trip! I love the way the these pants lace all the way up... so does Mr. X..... it is simply too hard to resist!   Think secrets and sharing sodas and  tea and coffee... and I listen to Mr. X always... and give my answers... but he says I keep him  guessing....this is good I think.

Mr. X -- sometimes I feel like I am wandering around in enigmas. I see so many things around me... impossible constructions -- ascending, descending -- realizing everything is relative...or is it?  Mr. X says I need a dose of practical magic!

One thing I do know, is that in addition to falling in love, with Mr. X -- I am absolutely in love with the new outfit by Wicca's Wardrobe called Aelinia Jacket {Aquamarine}. I love the striking MC Esher like texture of the jacket that is embellished with a black silk border and a bow at each side of the waistline...just because.

It is raining instead of snowing...and this time of year, it should be snow...I want a white Christmas. I told Mr. X I was feeling playful today because I found the cutest new cropped sweater tops by Holy Shirt to sport around in !

These crop top sweaters come with several sayings..... and I promise, you will have a lot of fun with all of them... I did and I made Mr. X laugh in the process-- always a good thing!

The crop sweater top also comes in several fabulous colors like mint, pink, lemon, blue, lilac, white and charcoal... I paired the lemon with a fabulous find at J&A Expo by Tantalum called Akachi Necklace.  It reminds me of finely carved ebony and is accented with silver... it has a simple and contemporary shape making it easy to mix and match.

Being in New York, they like to wear black on black... as Soraya would say, "finer black".... So I paired the  charcoal holy  shirt sweater with  the Crow Skull Void Amulet, an exclusive find by ::Static:: at the J&A Expo.

As for shoes... sometimes they make the woman and in RL I have a pair similar to this gorgeous pair of heels, by Wicca Merlin called Dana Heels in  snow leopard. They are gorgeous and also come in zebra and giraffe textures. They are at the J&A Expo.

So Mr. X should we meet and  "prowl"  around a bit then  ...roll the dice?  I am ready are you.........
