Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2016 Coming February 26th, 2016

The Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2016 is set to kick off on Feb 26th, 2016 !   There are so many naughty and nice things to do, so much to see -- cutting edge fashion, fashion shows by Scala and parties.  You will have to check out the Boylesque Boys  (I hear they are HOT) and the gorgeous Cabaret Girls --- they sizzle. Join the fun  along with Designing SL, ModeLS Magazine, ECLIPSE Magazine, THEMA Publications, ModeLS Magazine, Dope Magazine, L'Homme, MENStuff, WOMENStuff, and, SL Live Radio as the event showcases  the world of burlesque for the 2016 Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2016. Feb. 26th-March 5th, 2016.  I am looking forward to seeing the  Cabaret with a vintage vibe. You will see a bit of Dorothy Parkers NY, Cole Porters Broadway, Tin Pan Alley, and the Follies with a dash of a modern aesthetic to bring it all together. Find classic vintage finds mixed with seamed stockings and just a hint of modern to make it current.  oh la la!

Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2016 is set to kick off on Feb 26th, 2016 with shows from Lazuri and Zibska. Not to mention a host of wonderful other designers including Wicca's Wardrobe, Lavian & Co., and Taox Tattoo to name a few. There will be 60 fabulous designers of Jewelry, Shoes, Purses, Hats, Belts, Make-up, Headbands, Body Jewelry, and more. Faster Pussycat, PurpleMoon Creations, Tres Beau, Kunglers, and Meva, are only a small fraction of the designers who will be present. You will get to see all the creations from the designers on the runway on Friday Feb. 26th, 2015 at  5pm with Siren Productions and SCALA. There are shows and parties planned the entire week!

Mr. X and Alexia - New - Poet's Heart

Born to purple. She is mistress of all she surveys.  Through the rainy and steamy nights, wandering through the clubs of SL, you must not loose yourself.  The beauty of this new release called Alexia by Poet's Heart is dashing and full of sexy curiosity that will showcase the beauty of your pale face and glistening tears. Alexia comes with a color changing hud where you can change the color of each layer of clothing. The colors are green, blue, black magenta, purple, red and sea green.

This dress in lavish purple is super soft with details that are amazing. I love the way the gothic Lolita bow cape with its high collar and bow accents drapes gracefully over the chest-- a pee a boo look with  a hint of  modesty that make eyes linger on you.

Mr. X & Last Day for POE Hunt - Purplemoon and {AnaMarkova}, ::X::., Always Desing

Today, January 9th is the last day for the POE hunt.  My advice is to get out there and look for those globes because there are some real quality finds and all are FREE.  Mr. X helped me find this gorgeous gown by Purplemoon called Velvet Gown in Gold and Black...need I say more?  I love the shimmering crinkle textured gold top and the black crushed velvet of this elegant gown that has a deep slit up the front.

Another gift at POE is the sheath dress in a dual colored satin texture of red and white with a snow leopard fur stole by {AnaMarkova} called Vicki/Victoria.  This superb creation announces your presence the minute you enter the room.  This outfit also comes with a generous gift of matching heels for slink high feet.

I hear the far off strains of a symphony...and dream of an evening at the opera, La Scala perhaps... seated in red velvet chairs with gold tassels, drinking fine champagne... and wearing Sascha Designs new dress called Flo that is perfect for a night out.

Flo is 50% mesh and also has flexi skirts and a gorgeous fur wrap.  I love the deep slit up the leg and the excellent silk texture of this gown.  It comes in a wide array of colors including: gold, snow sparkling white, red, teal, black and bronze. Each version comes with a matching fur stole.

She still fascinates me you know... this is what Mr. X confided in one of his friends, and everyone likes her... (no kidding I thought what is not to like --- giggles)   Even mah jongg... he thinks I am lady luck!   Speaking of lucky, I just heard of a new fashion venue, new to me anyway, called Swank...and I like the sound of that!  I dropped in and could not help but pick up this great cocktail dress by Baboom called Irina.

 I love the "swank" fur stole in leopard (PETA APRROVED ) and  the chains that bring it all together -- it is indeed "swank".  I also love the way Baboom has embellished this rich claret colored dress with gold stripes... it is perfectly accented and the deep slit up the front makes this dress a must have!

Of course, I am wearing my favorite skin -- at the moment anyway (I love all of October's Skins) -- it is Guiselle in Blossom by October 4 Season Skins... gorgeous -- and, yes, thank you for making these sexy vintage red lips and the mole on the upper lip.... Mr. X says... oh la la!   There is also a new group gift out with appliers, make up and even a shape !!! I will be blogging it but it is fantastic... and sexy too.  Tonight I think fondly of Mr. X and all our adventures -- I miss him -- even though the floor is heated... Mr. X I am waiting at the party for you.... hurry....
