Today, sadness clung to me like a shadow I couldn't quite shake. For reasons layered and unnamed, I felt the weight of the world heavier than usual (ok I lost my gorgeous himalyan, themaxx). So, I did what brings me peace—I went for a walk. Not just anywhere, but into a garden of papyrus, soft and swaying, whispering stories older than memory itself. In ancient Egypt, papyrus symbolized rebirth, with life emerging from the sacred marshes, a metaphor for order rising from chaos. That speaks to me right now. There’s something comforting about imagining that from this great loss, beauty and structure can bloom again.

I loved the texture and tone so much, I didn’t just stop at the head skin—I went back to the shop and grabbed the full body skin, too. So yes, today I was sad and will be for weeks to come, missing my darling cat, themaxx. But walking amidst ancient symbols of rebirth... dressed head to heel in colors and fabrics that made me feel alive again...
