Sweet as Candy Ribbons - Aura Designs

Like every sugarplum daydream, standingby a carousel, I dress the part. Today, I feel like an opulent candy ribbon— vibrant, lovely, and impossible to ignore — in this delightful holiday outfit by Aura Design called Santa Maria Costume. I’m in love with the bold, nostalgic stripes of ribbon candy -- peppermint red, snowy white, and frosty wintergreen. It’s like wearing joy. 

Best of all? You can mix and match colors to suit your own merry mood: change the dress, the tinsel, the gloves, and the boots to make it uniquely you. Santa Maria is   GENX/classic.curvy/kupra, laraX, maitreya, peach, reborn, star body, bombshell, waifu, petite, petitex.And oh, those boots... embellished with charming ties that wrap around your calves like little holiday ribbons. They complete the look — cozy yet captivating. A pair of candy cane wings also comes with the outfit (though I chose not to wear them today). Just knowing they’re there adds a little extra magic.  Also, if you don't wear the tinsel, you can wear a gorgeous fur around your top and skirt... I loved the glitter! It is so well done and unusual.

A Christmas Stroll... @ Swank

 I’m definitely in the Christmas mood, so today I went wandering through a magical village—one made of candy-like homes and the cutest little animals who warmly greeted me along the way. My polar bear came too, of course! I brought him here to show him he wasn't the only bear in the world... and boy, was he happy to see so many new friends! 🧸❄️

Lost in a Candy Cane Dream

Tonight, I’m wrapped in the magic of a candy cane world, sweet and whimsical — just like the outfit I chose. I'm wearing one of my favorite designers in SL: Jumo called  Candy. Always sleek with a touch of fun, Jumo designs never disappoint. From delicate lace to luxurious silks and opulent patterns — every look is a mood, and every outfit includes a HUD packed with style options. You’ll never wear it the same way twice.

Tonight, I kept it simple, yet it was striking. I'm dressed in long, flowing opera pants paired with a cropped midriff top, cinched at the waist with a dramatic, attention-stealing sash. It's elegant, flirty, and undeniably enticing. And for that playful seasonal touch?  Candy is made for legacy, perky, reborn, waifu. and, lara X. A Christmas Feast & More....

It was Christmas Eve, and everything sparkled — even the air felt festive with the scent of pine and cinnamon. Outside, snowflakes danced under the streetlights, and inside, the windows glowed warm with candlelight. My dining table groaned under the weight of holiday splendor. It was a feast of tradition, nostalgia, and love crafted into every bite. At the center, a roast beef rested beneath a golden halo of rosemary-scented steam, its juices glistening like rubies. Bowls overflowed with roasted root vegetables, buttery mashed potatoes, and the rich scent of gravy filled every corner of the room.

But it was the dessert table that stole the show. From old tins lined with delicate wax paper emerged rows of gingerbread men, their crisp arms spread wide as if offering hugs. Ornate faces, piped with royal icing, smiled up from the plate. Snowball cookies, lightly toasted and then dusted in clouds of powdered sugar, sparkled like tiny white ornaments. Among them sat chocolate-dipped shortbread, the bittersweet glaze still glinting from an earlier chill outside.

I'm bundled up in Le La, called  Angel Xmas, an exclusive at Swank that comes with a woven sweater, mini shorts, cute earmuffs embroidered with playful reindeer,  boots,  socks, and a fur coat, making it a perfect balance of cute and cozy --  it’s a look that says holiday spirit.

I snuggle into my “love coat” that is part of this look that is so fuzzy, so warm, like a hug made of winter clouds. My thick knit socks and plush fur boots keep me toasty. I feel like I’ve stepped straight into a Nordic holiday dream—the kind of look that turns a winter sleigh ride into a potential love story. Scarlet Whispers at Swank

 Snowflakes danced like silvery confetti under the warm glow of lamplight as the doors to the Winter Solstice Gala swung open. Conversations paused. Heads turned. I stepped into the room wearing the Ruxy-Lousie dress by Swank that is made for Larax and Legacy bodies. It comes with a lovely, color-changing HUD of 9 colors. What makes this fun is that you can change the colors of the gems, the top, the short skirt, the skirt, and the metals. I felt radiant and wrapped in a vision of scarlet silk that left everyone in the room breathless.

This holiday outfit was more than just a dress—it was a statement.  The design was utterly unexpected: a bold mini skirt that let the shine of her legs tease the eye, balanced by a dramatic long train that whispered behind her like secrets in velvet snow At its heart, the look was anchored by a corset-style bodice, structured and strong, yet seductively curved to accentuate her form. Intricate metallic accents traced the corset’s seams, cool against her skin, and swirled like temple runes. The most captivating detail? The metals weren’t fixed—their tones shifted with her mood, from icy silver to warm rose gold, echoing the hues of the season.

I paired this look with elegant horns called Hecate by Funestae. The horns come with a six-color-changing HUD and are intricately textured. The horns are made for regular and lelutka heads.
