Wrapped in fluttering grace, my butterfly outfit, made by Aura Designs, called Spring Race, feels like it was stitched by the goddess of spring herself—bright, delicate, and joyfully alive. Every step along the garden path awakens bursts of color and gentle movement, as blossoms sway and butterflies swirl around me, as if they recognize a kindred spirit. 

From head to toe, Spring Race is a true celebration of whimsy.  I love being able to play with every delicate detail thanks to the HUD: from sparkling flower earrings and soft pastel panties to the sculpted butterfly top that seems to float effortlessly across my skin. The skirt—an artful dance of blooms and wings—catches the light with every twirl. And those sandals? They’re the perfect finishing touch, with dainty butterflies and flowers curling around my ankles like they bloomed just for me. Lost in Kyoto - AnaStyle and Slack Girl @ Swank

The sun was just beginning to yawn above the rooftops of Gion when I stepped onto the cobblestone streets of Kyoto, wrapped in ritual and reverence in a new kimono by AnStyle. My white silk kimono, soft but structured, shimmered beneath the first light like it, too, was waking. Embellished by a black embroidered dragon, the silk moved with intention, not just clothing, but armor woven with centuries of story. It curled around my shoulder and down my back, silent but powerful. The black silk obi cinched me into place, steadying my breath like a whispered mantra.

A woman at a teahouse looked up and nodded, eyes tracing the dragon — not with judgment, but curiosity. Respect, even. The old Kyoto blends tradition like matcha: bitter and beautiful, grounding and green. Past lanterns suspended like fireflies, waiting for dusk. Past sliding wooden doors half-open to reveal tatami floors and stillness you could practically sip. My hand skimmed the edge of a red torii gate. My reflection caught in a lacquered shop window — half warrior, half dream. The dragon on the front of my kimono stared back, undeterred.

As it started to rain, I opened my black and white umbrella and walked on - And I walked on — slow, deliberate, eternal. Just a woman and her dragon, Wandering Kyoto.

"White has never looked so dangerous," he said, eyes tracing the ankle ties and the collar.  I smiled. “Then come closer. It gets worse.” And just like that, in the white heat of a summer night, I  became unforgettable.

It's Summer Time .... and ....

I stood in an elegant pool garden of jasmine,  --  the fragrance was thick and heady. It is summer after all. The heat clung to my skin, sliding over me like a second layer. I dressed for him—the only way I knew how to remember.

A deep maroon crop top with vintage lace sleeves, delicate as spider silk, revealing just enough to tempt fate. My long maroon skirt clung low to my hips, flowing like a river of desire with every movement, slit up one side to the thigh. I had dressed not for comfort, but for memory. For him. Behind me, I felt the press of invisible warmth—a contradiction only he could bring. My heart pulsed in irregular beats. “You came.” A shadow moved through my hair like a lover’s hand putting a fabulous ruby and pearl necklace around my neck with matching drop earrings. Whispers in the Web: A Tale of Intrigue and Betrayal

Everyone has a revenge outfit... even Princess Di did. This is one of my favorites... it is Vicky by V-Twins with Braham Fashion 0453 make-up. You see, I was fooled by a charming linguist-turned-intelligence operative. He spoke seven languages fluently, including the language of seduction. In a world built on secrets, love is the most dangerous game of all.

Our affair was passionate, thrilling... and dangerous. We most often met under the glow of chandeliers and parted in the shadows. He whispered foreign lies with affection, and I fell deeper in love, even though I  suspected it was false, but   I so needed to believe it was real.

A Love Affair with Goth Fashion

 I first ventured into the world of Second Life (SL) through a vibrant Goth club, and it was love at first sight. There was something about the dark and mysterious aesthetic that instantly drew me in. Rooted in the dramatic styles of the Medieval, Edwardian, and Victorian eras, Goth fashion feels like stepping into a world of gothic literature and romanticism. It really began to take shape in the 1980s, when rebellious punk vibes fused with Victorian elegance, creating the iconic goth style we know and love today.

One of my absolute favorite looks right now is the Blair outfit by CY Fashions. It’s the perfect blend of edgy and chic! The set includes a cute long-sleeved crop top enhanced by wrap-around buckles, giving it a punk vibe.  I hadn’t planned on speaking to ancient spirits. Not in this gorgeous floral sarong knotted at my hip…Not with hibiscus tucked behind my ear, and leis twined around neck, waist, hair—like soft little spells. But that’s the thing about enchanted islands. They don’t need your permission.
