Mr. X and Edith - Wicca's Wardrobe at Fad through Sept. 26

It is so much fun to shop at FAD -- especially if you like vintage styles. The designers participating have interpreted a wide range of styles from the 30s - the 50s... and oh what fun it is to style them... I fell in love with the new outfit by Wicca's Wardrobe that consists of the Edith Dress, Emilia Hat and Chayeene heels.

I love the layers of this skirt with it's sexy slip like layers and the gorgeous zipper up the front that is set off by the wide belt at the waist.  In the 40's ( like today) women liked to accentuate their tiny waists and used wide belts to do it. Shorter skits were all the rage in the 40's and legs were in... think Betty Grable! Edith sets the tone perfectly.

A proper vintage look always has a hat!  The Emilia Hat is a beautiful handcrafted original mesh piece made by Wicca's Wardrobe. It has an inbuilt RESIZER, which you can activate via touch and resize the hat making it easy to fit any hairstyle you may choose. The Chayenne heels are a matching pump with a high leather embellishment that is held together by two buckles.  These fab shows add a contemporary dash to the vintage look and are made for slink high feet.

So Mr. X... I am in the mood... to jitterbug in is this flirty dress... I will be waiting for you at the punch bowl... (as usual) and your glass is waiting for you and it's ooops--- getting warm.... just like you will be when you see the hot little me in this fabulous dress..... and the night, yes, looks at watch is young.....
