Reflections & Mr. X - Frozen & Jewlery and Accessories Expo

I hear that 1980's beat... so says Mr. X... when I see you in the new mirrored mini dress by ghee.

He is right... Glamour anyone?   ghee Mirrorshine is a showstopper and to my mind it could have been inspired by Gucci. It can be found at Frozen along with the skin by  7 Deadly s[K]ins  called Winter. I love the pure  white skin and blue lips. The eyeshadow is  exquisitely detailed... Mr. X loves that.

I love the texture ghee has achieved with is mini... the boys luv the way the knit material  hugs every curve and  that every inch is covered in glowing mirrors and sequins.... just more for those  Mr. X types to  check out! I paired this dress with a necklace from J&A Expo called  West 143RD Queens Choker in platinum.  It is also available in gold and has long elegant crystals that are breathtaking.

There have been dresses mirroring the sequined micro mini designs all over the runways lately, but this dress by ghee is lavish and also comes in Lemon (worn), Mint, pink and ice (worn).

I really adore the warm tones of this apricot skin another version of Winter  by  7 Deadly s[K]ins available at Frozen. I paired the lemon mini with a contemporary styled necklace by  GeWunjo called Oliva Necklace that is available at  J&A Expo -- it comes with a color changing hud as well as a belt and belly ring that is not shown. This necklace has great diversity because of its graceful lines and will become a go to favorite.

This necklace by West 143RD Queens Choker with it's long diamond crystals  and  the winter skin by 7 Deadly s[K]ins and Ice mini by ghee -- will  stop Mr. X in his snowtracks.... and make him head for a snuggle by a nice warm fire...oh la la!

Building another day.... Jumo at Jewelry and Accessories Expo

Mr. X  told me about an unfortunate incident at Victoria Falls Hotel. A chap wearing a safari jacket asked for a table in the Livingston Room.  He was refused, "Jackets required sir." Lounging at the hotel's bar, waiting for Mr. X,  I wear  new Abyssinian Jaguar  sun glasses and colorful necklace created by Jumo called My Africa  featured at the J&A Show.

Siren Productions has organized the J&A Expo that runs Dec. 5-12 and this blog just features some of the items created by Jumo to be found here.  I love the fabulous jaguar patterned sunglasses that come in two versions with lenses up or down in a wide variety of colors with matching clutches.

To go with the clutch and sunglasses, don't miss the African inspired jaguar inspired  wedge sandals.  What makes these sandals stand out is the detail in the heels... love at first sight!

A soft harmony of elegant fit, design and style,  the Astoria Gown  by Jumo comes in  a variety of alluring colors.  I loved the black and silver; the gold, red, aqua, and blue are also stunning. The plunging neckline has fantastic feather sleeves and gloves that come with a hud where hands strike a pose.  The headpiece is pure fantastical fascination...Mr. X cannot take his eyes off me! I like that. This is a new release to be found at the main shop.

Like the sun  and the shadow play. Mr. X loves me;  Sister of Willows.  Floating on the far eastern breeze ; waiting. Perhaps he is doing "field work" again.  I wait. A gentle rain falls on my weary eyes... or is it just a tear- like this opulent necklace, drop earrings, rings and bracelet cuffs called Rhodesia by Jumo at J&A Expo.

I hear the softness of a winter snowfall... like the way he looks at me ... deep in the night.... he says, from the ashes we will build another day my Gigi love.......

Cotton Candy & Mr. X - More from Fresh Styles #11

Like cotton candy this pink retro fur and lace winter coat by Aura Blue is simply delicious!  Walking along the  Neva River in Saint Petersburg Mr. X draws me closer to him as we are buffeted by a brisk wind from the Gulf of Finland. "Today my beauty you are my GiGi...chaste and sexy - entirely marriageable-- a dangerous combination indeed!"

From nowhere, cool champagne, Mozart, Petrossian caviar with a delicate "malossol" accent, a bottle of Romanee-conti, nothing rushed...exceedingly romantic...especially when wearing Hepburn by Aura Blue with its' classic double breasted lines and gold piping and buttons giving this look a timeless appeal.

Another fantasy inspired find at Fresh Styles is called Snow Queen by Cheeky Amour.  This graceful A line princess V neck gown comes in white satin with a tulle skirt and a subtle snowflake pattern.

A snowflake cape, snowflake jewel on the gown and a gorgeous snowflake floral headpiece complete the look of the snow queen.

J&A Expo finds & new release Styles by Danielle

This year Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2014 takes place from December 5th-13th.  The theme is tribal and it promises to be a "roaring" success.  

Just look at some of the items being offered like the fabulous necklace by Kitty Moon (KM). This choker and lovely medallion is offered as a Tiger, Lion or Elephant with each image artfully etched and attached to a gorgeous linked chain.  I fell in love with the tiger... and yes, you too, Mr. X!

Another excellent find  at J&A are the wedges by VG called Hollywood.  They also come in creme, beige, blue, black, red, white and yellow.  Hollywood is embellished with  decorative silver spikes; a hud also allows them to be gold.  They are made for slink mid. feet and come with a color changing hud for the platforms and heels.

A brand new release called Poe7 by Styles for Danielle is ideal to complete the look with it's intricate old world maps that were favorites of Magellan, so I have been told.  I love the rich gold texture and the artful asymmetric ruffles at the shoulder and around the hemline that add an air of allure... hinting that there is a lot to discover!  This dress is part of the POE (Peace on Earth) Hunt, go to the shop to hunt for it... it is well worth the exploration!

Singha and Mr. X New by Sonatta Morales - - panther

"dedicated to my beloved singha -- he moved like a panther RL you will see"   .......It doesn't have to be scandalous.  I met Mr. X in front of Fontana di Trevi, late June.  We ate maritozzi and cannoli all afternoon.  Drank amarone all night. Never left a little cafe off Via del Corso.

It was dawn when he finally kissed me. I think I have this right. I was wearing the new jacket with a big bow and trousers in crushed velvet by Sonatta Morales called Panther.

The emerald details of this sexy ensemble was unforgettable with beading on each side of the collar and a gorgeous box hat replete with an emerald and diamond jewel and romantic netting that casts a perfect shadow of mystery around my face.

The new nails by ghee in 8 shades of green make it easy to match the gem in the hat.

I love the back of this jacket that has the noble face of a panther on it.  Even after all these years Mr. X remembers that my green eyes match those of the panther.

 Mr. X lingers, running his fingers along my elegant new crushed velvet jacket, trying to get closer, admiring my style...enjoying my perfume.

This blog is dedicated to my 6 year old beloved "apple face  traditional" Siamese cat, Singha that died suddenly 11/27 of  a blood clot....i will miss him so much.
