One of our very favorite things in the world is to have brunch on Sunday mornings.  It is our way of starting the week off at a leisurely pace in anticipation of the hectic hours to come.

Aphrodite at Heart Homes has made a dream of a Spring Brunch set just perfect for this occasion.  As always, not a detail is missing and this brunch set is fully interactive with multiple ao's and goodies to try.  Coffee & lemonade, cookies and cupcakes, flowers and other decorative items come with this set that you will treasure all through the spring and summer.

It seems that every year Mr. X and I have the same conversation about Halloween... I just love it!  And, on SL it is even more fun to dress up and decorate because designers imaginations here seem to be limitless in creativity.  Take October Bouvier from  October's 4Seasons ... her new skin Angelina is called "Milk" and, they say, it is always good for you... just like...well... milk!

And, then there are the amazingly fun items from Aphrodite at Heart Homes.... like this..... "Witches Candle Holder"  I am totally enthralled.....and as always, oh la la .... into temptation.....

Aphrodite for Heart Homes creates some of  the best spooky furniture on the planet like my all time favorite, the Bloody Mary Dining Room Set that comes with 6 low prim chairs with "horror" animations and a table that serves up a full menu of food and drink from cute to creepy!

A new find from Heart Homes is the Black Rose Couple Gothic Living Room Set that comes with a low prim couch and two wing back chairs with tons of couples and singles animations plus an elegant coffee table all have fine details like matching accent pillows and graceful french legs and arms on the furniture. 

Atmospheric photos, a vase and working coffee set add to the fun.  And, perhaps I learn something from the Black Rose... a way to entice or.... mmmmm hmmm as Mr. X would say.... 

I love dollhouses of all kinds... and the "Haunted Toy House" is full of fun surprises...with one touch the lights flicker, ghosts emerge and pumpkins and skulls chase one another.... and yes, there are bats too!  Note my boots... Eshi Otawara -- I love them and her.... 

Oh and one more thing.... if there is anyone you want to send to "hell" ..... need I say more ?  Other than I  wear Violator -- steam punk  and fabulous.... i almost feel like devil wears... Violator!

Mr. X and the Garden Party - Heart Homes & Morphine Skins

There is nothing as refreshing as tea and cookies in a late summer garden that is fragrant with lavender and heirloom roses... red and yellow to symbolize love and joy... and that is what Mr. X is to me.... plus, I like cookies of all kinds!

For my garden party event I have decided to wear the fashionably  trendy boho style dress by Morphine Skins... there is something romantically carefree about this dress called Jade Long Dress Light making it perfect for a romantic tryst in the garden with Mr. X. This dress is exclusively available through the end of August at the District 5 Indie Market. Jade Long Dress also comes in black... I like the way the dress cascades over your shape...and as always it is beautifully textured.

I have paired this cute flowing dress with Jade Skin in Medium, one of Morphine's new releases. I love the clean look of this skin that comes with a variety of eyebrow, eyeshadow and lip color options, two sets of eyes and a body. It's gorgeous and also makes it easy to layer additional tattoos. As always, the package comes loaded with lola's, phat azz and more.

I will entertain Mr. X with Aphrodite at Heart Homes - Summer Brunch Set ...it comes with male and female poses and allows you to dine together off a menu or read the newspaper.  It even comes with yellow and red rose plants, butterflies and loads of accessories.  Afterward, I shall invite a few good girlfriends over for some friendly gossip...... if you can believe that!

 I await for Mr. X to arrive.... the garden he made is so romantic.... I am sipping tea... and wondering what the tea leaves will tell us.... perhaps that this is pure joy... and that when we see each other I dissolve into his arms as clouds meld into the sunlight.

Lakeside BBQ with Mr. X Aphrodite At Heart Homes and Fresh Styles

Summer heralds the season of BBQ and Mr. X tells me he is an expert at this.  So I got him a surprise...the new Lakeside Family BBQ Set by Aphrodite at Heart Homes that provides as always days of memorable fun.

There are controls for the BBQ. You can control the fire, lamps and clean up as well as open and close the hood of the BBQ and even pose.  The BBQ has poses for singles, couples and  kids.

There is loads of work to get ready for a BBQ... and the work counter allows you to spice the meat for example and chop the vegetables.  Mr. X often goes on and on about the importance of good sharp knives in the kitchen...and these are so he should be delighted !

There is even a sink where you can wash your hands under running water and a dishwasher ! I wish my RL BBQ had a built in dishwasher! Best of all there is a full menu of meats and fish you can put on the grill... and is sizzles when cooking!

The parasols open and close and the chairs offer a multitude of poses. Remember to click on the placemat to rezz the BBQed food... and bon appetit... now we get to see just how good a BBQ "Master Chef" Mr. X is!   (As an aside, I would never consider grilling in stillettos!!)
